Bright Wire

 

 

Bright is made from 1008 material with no finish applied.

 

                        

  Zinc Plated

1008 Material plated with electro-zinc forming a minimum of zinc coating reducing corrosion.

Heavy Galvanized

Galvanized is for corrosion resistance.  1008 material is submerged in a molten bath of zinc deposits, applying a 10% to 12% more zinc than electro-zinc.

Copper Clad

Copper wire is a bonded wire with the base material of 1008, and a 6% copper thickness minimum on the wire radius.  The copper is .00034 to .0073 thicknesses on the wire diameter.

Cement Coating       (photo not available)

A non-toxic water based resin that can be applied to the staples to help prevent vibration back out.  The resin bonds to the wood like a light glue.
